Earth Shake Harmony is the company logo for an artistic collaboration of the husband wife duo Jacob and dewana McIntosh. Though the final products of these artists are vastly different, they share an up cycled repurposed aesthetic that embraces the creative side of life. The company began in 2014 when Jacob decided to share his passion of working copper with the fine art world. He joined dewana for his first public art show where his work was selected for best in class.

 

Jacob's work is easily distinguishable because he utilizes hard materials such as wood, copper, metal, and glass to create three dimensional objects. His work ranges from decorative to functional, all while repurposing materials. Dewana's work is heavily rooted in printmaking and collage. She utilizes found papers and printed materials as a base for her bold color filled paintings. She also works with textiles, repurposing old clothing into new useful products such as bags. Together the two have reopened a chapter in their lives, music. Jacob is a musician and has had a lifelong goal to record and produce music. In the summer of 2017  Earth Shake Harmony produced their first album, a compilation titled "Something Completely Different".
